     Each home is unique but generally the first time requires a deep cleaning.

Here is a list of the typical first time routine.

Kitchen:

 Dust wall and ceiling webs

 Lights and fan fixtures

 Back splashes, counter tops, windows above sink area

 Outer appliances, inside microwaves

 Cabinets and handles wiped

 Floor and base boards vacuumed and washed

Bathrooms:

Shower walls and doors

Inside and outer tub sanitized followed with a non-toxic mildew inhibitor 

Top to bottom toilet, rims and bowl disinfected with an environmentally safe solution

Faucets and all hardware polished

Mirrors and glass surfaces wiped and spotless

Floors vacuumed and washed

Living areas and bedrooms:

Furniture is damp wiped the first appointment, removing old soil and polish buildup.  Sides are                wiped as well as the tops of each case piece.

Intense, deep penetrating lemon oil is applied to neglected or weather worn wood

Change bedding

Picture frames, wood work, vases, widow sills dusted

Finger marks on doors and walls wiped

Trash is collected and removed

Upholstered furniture vacuumed- top and under cushions

Carpets and rugs vacuumed

Vents and blinds dusted

Foyers, Stairs and Landings:

Vacuum, mop floors

Dust railings, door details, glass pane

          We will not disturb your wine or champagne bottles unless dusting is requested.
