Do you send a crew out to my home?
A. We usually have 2 to 3 on staff for the first cleaning. Following cleanings are usually with one employee who is assigned to your home.

How do you charge?...by the hour or flat rate?  Is the price the same each time you come to clean?
A. First cleanings are by the hour and usually take twice the time. This helps establishing your flat rate for future cleanings. Your cost rarely changes following the established amount unless there's a tax or rate change or other circumstances such as remodeling
In addition, we purchase eco friendly products for your home. They stay in your home and last the year. You never need to shop for cleaning products again!

So will there be any other charges?
A. We have a lock out fee and a late cancel fee. Usually our clients give an adequate notice of at least 10 days.  Most clients never encounter this fee. Its best to provide our office with a key or code to prevent lock outs.

Do you use your company vacuums?
A. We carry the best quality vacuums. We encourage the use of your vacuum for sanitation. Dander and germs are not carried into your home from other sites.  Also a new mop is purchased for each new client, and  not shared with other households.

Will the same person come each time?
A. We assign the same individual to work in your home at the interval that fits your circumstances. Once a week, every two weeks or once a month.

Is it OK to tip?
A. Yes,but tips are not expected. Our clients frequently like to show appreciation.

How do I know its safe to have someone in my home while I'm away or at work?
A.  We conduct a background check on each new hire. Clean & Organize LLC employees are Bonded, and Insured.  Clean & Organize LLC is an accredited Better Business Bureau Company.  As a member of the BBB, mediation services are available at no charge to either party if this action is required.

What happens if I come home and find something broken?
A. If the very worst happens and there is breakage while your housekeeper is there she will leave a note. The office will contact you for follow up. Insurance will be notified if required. We've never had to file a theft claim but if this should ever occur you will first need to file a report to the police. Then contact us.

Do you have anything in writing?
A. You'll receive a Clean & Organize LLC policy to insure efficient service.

Do you support any causes or community involvements?
We work with Blair's Tree of Hope : A local project for survivors of cancer. We wish to see cancer reduced or eliminated completely by the use of non carcinogenic products in the home before becoming sick!  The reality is that we live with more cancerous chemicals then ever. The best possible solution is prevention.
